Dry Roof Systems has offices in Pensacola, Florida, Birmingham and Mobile, Alabama and serves the southeast United States. Dry Roof Systems specializes in roof coating systems. By using Fluid Applied Reroofing Systems, Dry Roof is able to insulate, inhibit corrosion, waterproof, and prevent surface movement of most roofs.

Dry Roof Systems was recently named “Astec Roof Coatings Dealer of the Year” for 2005. The award honored the company for applying the Astec specialty roof coating system to over 3 million square feet of commercial roofs in 2004/05. Dry Roof Systems also received the Dealer of the Year award for 2002/03.
