PROJECT TYPE: Commercial New Construction

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: McBride Construction built this 12,800 SF commercial building under a design-build contract with Bay Design Associates of Pensacola as design partner. The building was constructed with a pre-engineered metal frame and structural steel detailing. The exterior skin is stucco and brick veneer. McBride Construction built out the interior of the retail store (Island Style) and the adjacent tenant space, a high end spa salon. McBride Construction was responsible for all phases of construction, from site work to finishes.
