11/25/2008-McBride Construction Building New Commerce Center
McBride Construction has commenced building Phase Two of Creighton Commerce Center, an office-warehouse complex at Creighton Road at I-110 in Pensacola. Safelite Auto Glass will occupy half of a new 12,000 building in the center. Trane, Walgreens and Ace Drywall Tools are occupants of the existing 24,000 SF first phase of the complex, according to president Bill McBride of McBride Construction. "It's encouraging to see a project like this underway in the current economic climate," said McBride. There will be a fourth 8,000 SF building in Creighton Commerce Center. According to McBride, the leasing agent, Logan DeVries of NAI Halford, is working with several prospective tenants to fill out Phase Two.
11/10/2008 -Michael Boyles Completes Contractor's Exams
Michael Boyles, Vice President of McBride Construction, recently completed the General Contractor's Exams for Florida and Alabama qualifying McBride Construction to build unlimited sized buildings in both states. Michael qualified McBride Construction to build projects of unlimited size in Mississippi in 2007.
